Misty Meadows Class Registration Policy

1.  Payment must accompany all registrations.  Cash, Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.  Your cash/check will
     be deposited or your credit card charged 5 days prior to the class date, unless you cancel your registration prior to that date.
2.  Registration Form must be completed and signed by each student.  A form will be completed for you if you are registering by phone. 
     Registration/Cancellation policy will be read to you and you will be asked for the last 4 digits of your Social Security # to serve as your
     “signature”.  No confirmation  or reminder will be sent.
3.  Telephone registrations will be taken with VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER only.   Registrations cannot be accepted without  
     a payment vehicle (cash/check/credit card).  Sorry, no exceptions.

Class Cancellation Policy

1.  All classes have minimum and maximum enrollments.  If a class has insufficient paid enrollment 5 days prior to its scheduled date,
     that class may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of the teacher/facilitator.
2.  If any class is rescheduled, you may choose to withdraw your registration. If you choose to reschedule, Item #1 from Registration Policy applies.
3.  If any class is cancelled entirely, your cash or check will be returned, or your credit card will not be charged.
4.  To cancel registration, Misty Meadows must receive your notice of cancellation in person, in writing or by live phone call (not voice mail)
     6 days prior to the class for which you are registered.  Once your payment has been processed (5 days prior to class date),  all tuitions become
     nonrefundable. (This does not apply to the Herbal Apprenticeship Program, which has its own cancellation policy.)
 

Psychic Readings, Reiki Treatments, Ear Candling, Flower Essence & Herbal Consultations

Readings are done by appointment or by chance walk-in.  All other services require an appointment.  If  you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, you may forfeit your appointment and be charged for the full amount of the appointment.  You may be asked to guarantee subsequent appointments with a Visa or MasterCard. 

 

Right To Deny Services

The staff of Misty Meadows reserves the right to deny services to any individual based on the staff member’s personal intuition regarding any person’s energy or intent.
