It is with great pleasure and gratitude that we present this year’s slate of teachers and staff.

Cindy Bir, Misty Meadows Products Manager, is a Native witch, Certified Herbalist, Eclectic Reiki Master/ Teacher and Aromatherapist. Cindy brings a new fun and fiery energy to Misty Meadows and Misty Meadows products. She loves to listen to people and feels that everyone has something to teach. Her love of learning goes hand in hand with her love of listening. Cindy has studied with local teachers Linn Stilwell, Wendy Fogg, Christopher Penczak and Caroline Mann. She has also studied with Matthew Wood and Diana DeLuca (Botanica Erotica). Cindy believes that life should be full of passion and fun.

Janaki Clancy is an Astrologer and a Reiki Master. After 14 years as a staff/faculty member at Unicorn Books in Arlington, MA, she has relocated to the seacoast area, where she now maintains a private practice. She uses astrology to establish an understanding of the intention of the soul for this incarnation, to ferret out relationship boondoggles, to understand who we are and how we got to be this way and where we want to go, to help bridge the gap from the self to the Self. As a lifelong discipline for Janaki, Astrology provides a unique frame of reference supporting ever-greater self-acceptance and awareness, which can then lead to a willingness to change and grow. Wendy Snow Fogg, Founder/Director/Senior Herbalist at Misty Meadows. She maintains a busy private healing practice, the scope of which includes Herbalism, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Flower Essence Therapy and Ear Candling. She co-designs this website and is the sole administrator for Misty Meadows. Wendy designed and teaches the Misty Meadows herbal apprenticeship program titled The Spirited Herbalist ~ A Plant-Guided Journey To Your-Self. She co-teaches the Misty Meadows Advanced Herbal Training Program as well as offering many workshops and playshops here at Misty Meadows. She has been a featured teacher at the annual Women’s Herbal Conference in Peterborough, NH. She is active in local land conservation efforts, and holds memberships in United Plant Savers, Northeast Herb Association, American Botanical Council, American Herbalist Guild and Strafford County Farm Bureau. Wendy shares the joy of a 28 year marriage with husband Clyde, and relishes time spent with grandkids Damian, Hailey and JohnHenry.

Elizabeth J. Foley, EdM, MPH, ATP, RM is the owner of Divine Healing located in Nashua, NH. She is a certified Angel Therapy Practitioner and a Reiki Master. Elizabeth has Masters Degrees in Counseling and Public Health and her services include Angel Therapy, Angel Readings, Intuitive Spiritual Guidance and Counseling, facilitates Angel Healing Circles, and conducts Angel, Fairy and Psychic Development classes throughout New England.

Rev. Diane Gatchell: Reiki Master / Teacher in the Usui Tradition, Flower Essence Practitioner and teacher of The Craft. After a 20+ year journey in recovery and healing, Diane has used her own experiences and training and incorporated them into a practice that focuses on empowering people to find healing and peace in Spirit, Mind and Body through Reiki, Meditation and Flower Essence. Diane is a Pagan Celt who digs into the rich fabric of Celtic Spirituality to enhance and facilitate her own life and teachings. She has studied extensively with Christopher Penczak and Sharynne Nic Macha.

Rebecca has built numerous temporary labyrinths, creates labyrinth artwork, and maintains a permanent pattern in the woods at Kestrel Crossings in Boscawen, NH.

Rebecca sees clients and maintains an extensive herbal apothecary at Sage Living LLC in Concord, NH. "True healing is a joint effort of the Soul and Mother Earth, not a corporation and a test tube."

Karen Lacharite is a Certified Firewalk Instructor, Shamballa Master, Certified Aromatherapist, graduate of a Two-year Women's Empowerment Training, Handmade Products Manager at Misty Meadows and a dedicant of the Goddess. She is a daughter of the Earth who brings her powerful, rooted energy to everything she does. She, like the fire she so loves, has a heart that burns with enthusiasm and a passion for healing on the deepest levels. She is dedicated to sharing the ancient spiritual practice of firewalking with any who dare to dance with these sacred fires! She has walked the long journey through the fires of transformation and healing and wishes to share this powerful ceremony with others. Karen also walks the path of the Peruvian Shaman. She is presently studying the Inca Medicine Wheel where she is training in the sacred ceremonies, rites and practices of these ancient traditions. Carol Lizotte ~ Associate Director of Misty Meadows Herbal Center. An Herbalist to the Animals, Carol has chosen to use her gifts and training to help bring balance and harmony back into the life of your beloved companion animals. Working with people is also something she does but her passion is the Animals. Carol Lizotte is an Herbalist, Shamballa Reiki Master, and Flower Essence Practitioner. Her herbal and flower essence knowledge comes from years of reading, studying with other herbalists,and practical experience. In 1998 Carol completed her herbal apprenticeship with Wendy Snow Fogg .

Carols' study of Traditional Herbal Diagnosis with Matthew Wood was completed in 2000.
* In 1999 Carol completed her Flower Essence studies with David Dalton.
* In March of 1999 she received her Reiki Master attunements from Lynn Roberts Herrick.
* She received her Shamballa Master Healer attunements in 2002 from Christopher Penczak.
Learning is a life long journey; Carol continues that journey through workshops, reading, working with clients and working at Misty Meadows Herbal Center in Lee,NH.

Christopher Penczak is an eclectic witch, writer and healing practitioner. His practice draws upon the foundation of modern Witchcraft blended with the wisdom of mystical traditions from across the globe. Christopher is the author of several award winning books, including City Magick, The Inner Temple of Witchcraft, The Outer Temple of Witchcraft, and Magick of Reiki. His articles have been featured in many publications including New Witch, PanGaia, New Worlds and Circle. Based in New England, he travels extensively teaching magick and healing, believing that we can all live a magickal life.

Janine Sousa is a graduate of The Northeastern Institute of Whole Health school of Massage Therapy and The Institute of dynamic Aromatherapy (currently called The NW College for Herbal & Aromatic Studies). A former CPA, Janine holds a BSBA in accounting and has been working in the healing arts for ten years. She brings over twenty-five years experience in the metaphysical to her teachings and bodywork. Janine continues to expand her knowledge and increase her dedication to the healing arts.

Linn Stilwell, a member of the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy, is a student of the Atlantic Institute of Aromatherapy. She honors her teachers, Sylla Sheppard-Hanger, Linda Patterson, and Jade Shutes as she offers all that she has learned to students of aromatherapy. Briarwood Farm Botanicals is an herb shop that offers organic essential oils, an herbal dispensary, gardens and fields of herbs. Linn is an Herbalist, member of the American Herbalist Guild and offers wellness consultations at Briarwood Farm.
