Have you ever heard the soulful music of the Native American flute and wondered if you could possibly learn how these healing sounds could be learned to be played? Are you looking to commune with the inner Divine found within us all? Join us as we explore the endless possibilities of this ancient and Sacred instrument.
Join us as we welcome 3 time Native American Music Award nominee Michael Longrider in an evening of instruction and insight into this unique instrument, Learn the Basics for playing as well as the techniques involved to bring forth the music and harmony for peace within.
Flutes will be provided for the class as well as sanitary tubes for your health. If you possess a flute of your own you are more than welcome to bring it along, However Michael would prefer if you use the flutes provided as this insures that all attending the class will be in a compatible key. Should you insist on playing your own flute We would respectfully ask that all attempts at the lesson be done after the rest of the class has tried. This will insure the comfort and enjoyment of all involved.
At the conclusion of the class and at the break , Michael will have other flutes for sale as well as available copies of his cds. Please also note that the flutes used in class will be offered at a reduced price of $50.00 to anyone attending the class. These will be offered at the break and at the end of the class. Looking forward to spending a wonderful evening of music and history.
