A World at your feet! By Ruth Wicking (read by Marilyn Gilmour)

Today the children will hear a story about the forest floor. It is a special habitat because this is where, salamanders and the tiny spring peeper frog spends their summer. After our story we’ll explore the tiny creatures that live there with magnifying glasses, search for turkey tails (a fungus) and make a forest floor terrarium to take home. Snack and cookies end the day

Please note: The author of the story is not coming to this fun program, Marilyn is just using it for the base of what she'll be teaching the children about.
