Bunny's Easy Pie Crust

My mother-in-law shared her pie crust recipe with me in 1979.  I loved it then, adapted it a bit and still love it today.

2 C.      Unbleached Flour
½ C.     Mix of butter, lard, coconut oil and/or sweet almond oil
¼ C.     Whole milk
1 tsp.    Baking Powder
Little   Sugar

Cut all ingredients together with two knives.  Knead very little and form dough into a ball.  It will seem oily and “solid”.   Roll out the dough between two pieces of waxed paper.

Makes one 9-10” crust.
