A medicine wheel means different things to different people. Today we’ll explore the medicine wheel as a healing garden. We’ll discuss plants used to honor the four directions, North, East, South and West as we’ve learned from our Native American ancestors. We’ll also look at a medicine wheel garden plan from an astrological perspective as well as one that honors the Wheel of the Year through the seasons, focusing on plants that are helpful as food and medicine during each.
