Spend a day discussing the digestive system from the perspective of Western Herbalism and Ayurveda. Lauri and Wendy will take us on a deep dive into digestion; it’s imbalances, constitution, and energetics. Herbs to support healthy digestion will be discussed as well.
This class weekend is part of our Advanced Level 3 Clinical Herbal Program. While anyone is welcome to register, this class is designed for students who are preparing to go into Clinical Practice or are already practicing. A working knowledge of body systems, energetics, formulation, and clinical intake is expected. as well as a basic understanding of Ayurveda. There will not be time during the course weekend to teach these topics. Taking this class as an individual weekend will not give any credit towards future Level 3 Certification. Class begins promptly at 9am. There will be a 45-60min lunch break. Please bring your lunch as there will not be time for off-site dining.
