Scrub: Mix 1-2 tbsp grains with small amount of water. Gently massage onto skin and rinse off thoroughly with warm water.

Mask: Mis 1-2 tbsp grains with water or honey until mask reaches desired consistency. Spread onto face using circular motion with fingertips. Leave on for 20 minutes (or until clay dries) and rinse off thoroughly with warm water.

For external use.

Ingredients: French Red Clay, Hemp Seed, Lavender Flowers, Rose Petals, Essential Oils of Patchouli, Atlas Cedarwood and White Grapfruit.
