Join Spirit Wise Herbs at Misty Meadows in a 3-day guided journey to your connection with Healing Plants. Together we will craft remedies with herbs that have been used by our ancestors for generations. We will provide all materials for crafting and share all class materials so that you only need to bring yourself, your lunch and your curiosity! Each day is 10 am to 4 pm. Come immerse yourself in the healing plants, they are waiting for you!

All students must be 21 years of age.

Day 1:

• Plant Walk - Connecting to Plant Spirit, finding signatures and gleaning wisdom from our plant allies

• Correct harvesting & foraging techniques

• Making Flower Essences

• Lunch: Herb dips, crackers, breads, and infused butters provided!

• Finishing Flower Essences

• Infusions, decoctions, tea tasting and blending

• Tonic making the traditional way

Day 2:

• Plant Walk - Plants for the skin and topical use

• Making Infused Oils- Solar Infustion Method

• Lunch- Veggies, breads with herb infused oils and vinegars provided

• Salve Making

• Countertop Elderberry Tonic

Day 3:

• Plant Walk - Plants for extract making, safe tonic herbs

• Lunch- Soups, chips and salsa provided

• Fire Cider

• Bouquets to take home
