Spiritual Bathing is a practice that is simple yet very profound for the mind, body, and spirit. Taking time in water, in gratitude, with sacred purifying plants can help clear the aura, lift the spirits, and release unwanted energy  This bath blend is made with Rosemary leaves and Lavender flowers that cleanse and refresh the spirit while offering protection from negativity. Frankincense essential oil brings magic to this blend as it encourages one to go deeper into meditation. Sea Salt adds protection as well as being beneficial to the skin. 

Instructions:  Add 2 heaping Tablespoons to a quart jar. Fill the jar with boiling water and cover. Allow to steep for at least 10 minutes. Add contents of jar to bath (can be strained) or use with a cloth in the shower.
